Training PhotoAre you interested in being more involved in the Green Dot movement? Consider attending a Green Dot training! The trainings are designed to give you the skills you need in order to do green dots in your everyday life. Through videos, group conversation, discussions, role plays, and interactive activities, we will learn about how to detect a red dot, the barriers that exist for all of us sometimes when we try to do green dots, and how to find the most helpful green dot for every situation. Fall 2017 Faculty/Staff Training Dates

Green Dot is excited to announce that it will be partnering with both the Stand Up Workshop and the Step In Stand Up Campaign to put on a mini-conference opportunity for faculty/staff who are interested in becoming Green Dot trained. The mini-conference will take place on Monday, December 18th and Tuesday, December 19th. Faculty/Staff can receive both Green Dot and Stand Up training, or just go to one of the two. You can attend a full day session or register for Green Dot on one day and Stand Up on the other day.

Bystander Training Registration

  • Students, please list any student organizations or clubs your are involved with at Texas A&M.
  • Training Date Preference

  • Please list any dietary restrictions or allergies that you may have. (e.g. vegetarian, kosher, airborne nut allergy, etc.)
  • ADA Accomodations

    The Green Dot Bystander Intervention Training program can coordinate reasonable accommodations for participants to ensure access to facilities and information provided during Green Dot Training. If you have a disability that requires accommodations for Green Dot Training it is vital that you request these accommodations in advance. Participants requesting disability accommodations for Green Dot Training (interpreting services, accessible seating, materials provided electronically in advance, etc.) should do so at least three days before their scheduled Green Dot training. Guests requiring sign language interpreting should contact us at least one week before their scheduled Green Dot Training so sign language interpreters can be arranged.
